Leadership Development Program
Are you looking for an intense time of growth in your faith and desire to impact your world? Thinking of becoming a camp counselor? If so, LDP is the place for you! At LDP you will learn alongside other senior high students what godly leadership looks like and how you can be effective in leading others. Highlights of this 2-week camp will include an awesome weekend retreat at our Mission Point site, informative leadership sessions, in-depth Bible studies, meaningful worship, and tons of fun while making new friendships.
You will also be able to put your learning into practice as each group of LDP's will spend time leading our young children's Days Camps, participate and learn counseling skills as a helper for a day in a cabin, and make a visit to Teepee Village. Completing the LDP program is a prerequisite and a valuable resource for those wanting to become a counselor at Winkler Bible Camp.
