What's the fastest way to register?

As you may have already seen summer camps are filling quickly. Many campers register as early as January to beat the rush. Currently, the fastest way to register would be to email or fax your application to the camp office including your deposit payment by credit card.



Can I reserve a summer camp spot by phone, email or fax?

Sorry, we cannot reserve spots over the phone, by email or fax without a completed registration form and minimum deposit.



Is financial assistance available for summer camp fees?

Yes! Funds are available from a variety of sources to enable children who cannot afford the entire camp fee to attend camp. Financial aid can be requested by applying to the Sunshine Fund at (204) 784-1130 or contacting the camp at (204) 325-9519.



WBC's Policy On Camper Drop-Off and Pick-Up

We strive to make Winkler Bible Camp as safe a place as possible for your children. With this in mind, we have developed a policy for dropping off and picking up your campers:

On opening day when you bring your child to camp you will be asked who the "pick-up person" will be at the end of the camp session. If, during the week, you need to change the name of the "pick-up person," arrangements must be made in advance with the office.

Camper pick-up will be in their cabins AFTER the closing program. If you will be picking up your child at any time before the closing program, arrangements must be made in advance with the office.

The person picking up your child must be the designated "pick-up person" and they must sign your child out before leaving with your child.

Please do not find your child or pack up their belongings before closing program on closing day. This helps us tremendously in keeping track of a large number of children!
